Welcome to the Lockheed Leadership Academy! This is a school where we strive to meet the needs of the whole child through principle-centered, personal leadership development. The Academy fosters opportunities for kindergarten through fifth grade students develop their leadership capacity. The program provides student’s with mentorship and guidance to see themselves as leaders by applying principles outlined in “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”. The enGauge® 21st Century Skills Program further supports each student’s academic and personal growth in the areas of digital literacy, inventive thinking, effective communication and personal productivity.
At Lockheed, the principles outlined in “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” provide our staff and student’s with a common language in pursuit of personal, academic and professional growth. Together the combination of the aforementioned practices contribute to a life of continued success for our students.
